Moving GEOPAK Drainage Projects Forward into 3D in FDOTSS3

The latest Drainage manual will be posted very soon. As of right now, drainage will still be created using GEOPAK drainage. There are a few changes such as the pond modeling but most everything has remained the same. You can at this time use SUE to open and view your GEOPAK drainage file (gdf) file in 3D but this is not the recommended way to design the drainage network(s). I will be sure send out on email once the drainage manual has been posted to our webpage.

Will the new drainage manual discuss placing existing drainage structures and pipes into the 3d model? Currently I don't see features for existing drainage items. I would think this would be an important aspect to the 3d models especially when trying to avoid conflicts with existing features that will need to remain, or when tying to existing drainage structures/pipes.

We have not yet setup existing structures for 3D modeling, therefore, the new drainage manual will not include that. I will be setting these up for the next MR and will have instructions on how to incorporate the existing information into the 3D model.
