Drainage VBA Text Size Issue

This is because you have the annotation scale turned on. These VBAs have not been changed to work with Annotation Scale. Turn the annotation scale off before running them and everything should come in fine.

The annotation scale was turned off. I also tried changing the plot scales, turning the annotation scale on and iteratively changing the text size in the active file. None of these worked and the text still came in at the same size. This is an issue in SS3 apparently because I ran the drainage stubout file in proposed cross sections in SS2 and the text came in perfectly.

I have ran this in SS3 before and it has worked fine as long as the annotation scale is turned off prior to creating the summary. I would have to do a go to meeting with you to see what is going on.
