My colleague posted on here February 2nd, 2017 about an issue we are having with getting the drainage structure cross sections to run.  Below is the message she posted on here.

GEOPAK Drainage Structure Cross Sections in SS4

I’m having trouble getting the proposed Drainage Structure Cross Sections to run in SS4. I ran the existing and proposed cross sections through the corridor modeler cross sections and then used the GEOPAK proposed roadway cross sections to run the Drainage Sections. Does anyone have any insight on this?
Following the FDOT Geopak Drainage 2015 manual, (14 - Drainage Structures Cross Sections), everything works fine up to page 14-13 item number 14.  After we enter the 4.5 value (and have tried with default value), we get the spinning wheel of death and nothing happens.  We've let it spin for up to half a day before with no results.  What would cause this? Is it looping back on itself, are there references that it's looking for and gets lost, is there a work around?

Desperately needing help with this issue, 3 people in my office have tried on different workstations and we've all came to the same result.
