I have some question regarding the placement of Median Barrier Inlets in Geopak Drainage. Should I have two structures in the same location one to take the area from the left and another to take the area from the right? Or should I just have one structure and assign the sum of left and right areas to it?

You should use the InltMedBarrD Library item that is suitable for the situation. This should have the flow from both the left and right sides attributed to it. I think you will have to combine the two drainage areas into one so that you can do this (I may be wrong on that, if anyone else has info). I have included a screen shot of the items to look for in the Node dialog.
