Print Organizer is not Opening

Print Organizer is not opening anymore.  I'm not sure if I caused this myself or if I have a problem with my Microsation install.  Does anyone have a suggestion?

    Are you running the most recent version of FDOTSS4?

    If so, open the FDOTSS4 folder on your desktop and locate the Workspace Doctor icon. Run the Workspace Doctor with all boxes checked except the one for licensing issues. Restart Microstation and see if that resolves the issue. If not, give me a call and I'll assist you with further troubleshooting.
