Change plot configuration file in print organizer

Is there a way to set this to default to another print driver, so that I don't have to keep setting it.  I'm running FDOTSS4, and it is still defaulting to "C:\FDOT2010\RESOURCES\plot\hp5000.pltcfg".

I want it to default to "C:\FDOTSS4\RESOURCES\plot\FDOTPDF.pltcfg".

This should be set in the Print Style when creating the PSET but if you are reopening a PSET it will use the Printer Configuration File that was last set active.
