Tabulation of Quantities Table Not Sized Correctly?

We just updated to SS3 from SS1 just getting our feet wet creating a Tabulation of Quantities sheet for Signalization. When placing the table it appears to be a larger size than required by the plan sheet, changing the plot scale or trying to manually change the width in LDM makes no difference. The width on a 50 scale plan sheet is 792.6, it should be 770. Is this a known issue or are we missing something in the settings?

Thanks.

  • This may be an issue with the Operating System Display settings.

    Right click on the desktop.

    Select Personalize.

From the Control > Appearance and Personalization > Personalization dialog, select Display

From the Control > Appearance and Personalization > Personalization > Display dialog, select Smaller 100% (default).

You will have to log off and log back in.

Then test LDM to see if the Summary box is the correct size.

Please report back if it is fixed or not.

  • Thanks Brad.... it worked! It should be noted that the plan sheet insertion scale (and plot scale) should set to 1. When creating the Excel data link selecting the "Use Drawing Scale" check box causes ill effects. I tried multiple times, and reducing the Display Settings to "Smaller-100%" is required for proper table sizing.

    Thank you!
