Reference raster cleanup utility

I found a ticket regarding this from a number of years ago. Try this:

Copy the MSCOMCTL.OCX file from c:\Windows\System32\ to C:\Windows\SysWOW64\

does it take a reboot as I did what you said and got out of CADD and got back in and no difference

I spoke with Bob about the relative path, full path and filename-only formatting for reference files that we encountered after fixing the missing VBA reference in the cleanup tool.  The tool will only remove full path, converting it to filename-only; it apparently will not remove relative path to convert to filename-only formatting.  That being said, in our workflow, for all functional purposes, the relative path formatting should work just fine for FDOT projects. If you run into any problems with the relative paths, please let me know and I'll be glad to assist.
