When appending multiple payitems to a single cell using the Signals Tool, only the last payitem appended will be generated in the automatic summary tables. I'm not sure if this is a bug or I'm using the application incorrectly. Any input would be tremendously helpful. I am using FDOT version 10.10.03.00; ORD version 10.10.01.003
