I'm in a rdxssp cross section seed file. When I try to place cels from the Structures FDOT Cell Web Page, I just get a message that Cell is not found.
If you are in the Roadway Discipline the Strutures cells will not be found. Switch to the Structures Discilpine to place the Structures Cells.

You can also manually attach the Structures cell library and the Web pages will work in the current Microstation session.
The Structures Semi-Standards cell web page is out of sync with the Structures Semi-Standards cell library and therefore has a few cells that cannot be found. See the following post for an update fix:
