VBA interface Error: failed creating the application object - 0x80040562

The user uninstalled PowerGeopak SS2 after installing PowerGeopak SS3 and it appears to have removed or corrupted the VBA piece of the new install. I attempted a quick fix by running the .443 Prerequisite pack but that did not resolve the issue. The resolution to this issue is to uninstall PowerGeopak SS3 and reinstall it.
