Where are the centerline, baseline, flowline, etc. characters in the ODOTcadd font? The pipe, brackets, etc. appear to just be the regular true type characters. Also, they don't appear when I look in the symbols either. It gets to lowercase omega and then just shows a bunch of question marks.
Thanks,
Dan
PERMENENT FIX FOR ODOT CADD FONT.
If you go to the MstnFontConfig.xml in the file path of \WorkSpaces\OHDOT\Standards\Fonts and comment out the line <GlyphShaping>Disabled</GlyphShaping> under the Language Settings for Engilsh to read as <!-- <GlyphShaping>Disabled</GlyphShaping> --> then the ODOTCADD font will work.
Hi Jonathan - we're seeing the symbols, so that's great! Can you please confirm if this is so supposed to fix the key-in codes for the characters as well? And if it is, can you please confirm the key-in strokes? For instance, I thought I should get a symbol if I type "F2004" (without the quotes) and then press the ALT and X keys at the same time. That's how it's working in Office products. Is this an incorrect workflow for ORD?
However, regardless of whether the key-ins work, the symbols are now showing up, so that's a huge improvement - especially for a Friday afternoon.
Thanks!
