We are working in ORD on PW and have found that the OHDOT Cross References application inserts a -1 for all sheet files. All files were created using either the plan production tools or the OHDOT Sheet Cells application. Previously a sheet number value of -1 meant that the sheet cell was not found in the selected X-Ref file. Is this application currently working in ORD or is there a step we are missing?

Sorry I missed this post. the cross refence application currently does not work. it was working back when are standards were in BETA release. when we took the standards out of beta we switched the sheet cells to use item types instead of tag sets. this brokes the Cross References application because it was looking for tagsets. It should have been removed back then. Sorry about this.
I did start working on a replacement application but it got moved down in priority.
Thanks for the response! Do you have any suggestions for cross references in ORD or should we just use text replacement for now?
text replacement would be your easiest option
