I am working on a project that was created in SS10/V8i and currently at the 60 percent stage. Can I convert it to the CONNECTS/ORD workspace?
Bulbul,
The ProjectWise Work Area can be retrofitted to enable it for ORD but your files that were started in SS10 will require a manual process to upgrade to the ORD schema, unless they'll just be reference files and you'll create brand new design files in ORD. I recommend closing the project out in SS10 since it's already at 60%, but it is possible to upgrade them. The Divisions can assist with retrofitting the Work Area to enable ORD but can't provide assistance on upgrading the SS10 files.

I have the model created and all the sheets have been created as well. I guess that means I stay with Geopak? The project is letting in 2027, so we have time between now and then and if I convert it now, I can take advantage of the new tools as projects go through numerous changes till it is finally lett.
TxDOT recommends that projects beyond the Alignment stage remain in Geopak. However, if all you have created is an alignment then you can covert to ORD.
