I'm wondering if anyone has tried using ORD Connect 10.12 (2022) with TxDOT's workspace Release 3 (March 2023).

No we have not because it wouldn't completely work. There would be incompatibilities using a workspace that isn't built for a specific versions of OpenRoads Designer. I believe the version differences are between the relationships with tools using a dgnlib or an xml file. It would take a lot of time on our end to fix those issues.

Hey Alissa. No we did not try it at all. Bentley stated in the Coffee Corner about 2022 that is was a Major Release. That means we would have had to upgrade everything and go back in fixed what data was using .xml resources to the new dgnlib resources. It also means you can't open the files in older versions of ORD either because it isn't backwards compatible again because of the resource changes. Also I believe it isn't a version TXDOT is accepting.
