Cannot start a new thread in ProjectWise forum

As instructed by the support documentation, raising issue of being unable to start new threads when signed in as a Connected User.

    I've taken a look at your account details and do not see any obvious problems. Can you confirm that you're using your "mottmac" email address? At first I thought it might be related to the Mott MacDonald / Hatch separation, but the email address appear to match up.

    Where are you attempting to post a thread? Can you provide a screenshot? (if you are still experiencing the problem when signed in to Communities)
