Delete my account - How?

How do I delete my account?

  • I also need to know how to delete my account (for the Bentley.com website specifically, not the BeCommunities).

    I'm still needing the information on how to delete my Bentley.com account.

    I created one myself, but later found out that my supervisor was the one that needed to create my account for me to take advantage of the OnDemand eLearning from Bentley's website. Now I have two accounts: the original one, with my correct e-mail address, and the one that my supervisor created, with a secondary e-mail address.

    I can't update the account I'm using for Bentley's OnDemand eLearning to have the correct e-mail address, because its used by the original account. I also can't find information anywhere how to delete that original account, which is not being used.
    Please let me know how I should go about doing this.

  • Have you tried going to http://appsnet.bentley.com/Profile/ and updating your profile information there?

      

  • I couldn't find any options to delete the profile.

    I was able to change the e-mail from the original account to a dummy e-mail. After that, I was able to update the account with the eLearning registered to have the correct e-mail, since it wasn't being used anymore.

     That partially fixes the problem.

    I would still like to delete the original account if possible, so that there isn't a dangling account on the server. If it's not possible however, I'll just have to live with it. :)

    Please let me know if there's a way to delete an account. Thank you for your help.

    I cannot change my primary email in my profile as was mentioned above.
