When I logged into the communities for the first time since it was update, I get chinesse character appearing (see image). How do I fix this?

Phil, I have verified that my language for the Communities is set to English and that my web browser is not set to Chinese. I did a refresh/cache flush and that did not fix the problem. Do you have any other suggestions? I am running IE 9 on a windows 7 64 bit computer. Thanks, Gerald Piotrowski
