I have a bookmark in Chrome that takes me straight to the "Modelling and Visualization" forum. It works fine until I log in which then diverts to the BC Home page. I don't want to go to the Home page which is the reason fro the bookmark. This use to work OK but now doesn't!!
Why have you changed this behavior?
All, The log in issue is currently being developed. Hoping to have it implemented by the end of August. Thank you for the feedback. I will be looking into all of them.
Thanks,
Brian

Thanks ... but do you mind if I call you Brian (I find 4F6C2784-9BBD-4BED-9534-E1C210273727 hard to pronounce)?
When Be Communiteis was initially launched, the login process was sweet and simple. It behaved like most sites that require a login.

As the OP (another person who's adopted a GUID for a first name!) wrote, "I have a bookmark." Well, I have several bookmarks. The bookmarks each take me to the right page, but when I log-in the process sends me to an unwanted home page.
This behaviour has changed over the years. A little while after the Be Communities was started, the login process demanded an additional modal dialog to confirm the acceptance (maybe that was FireFox, but read on). In February 2017 that requirement vanished, to my glee. But with this weekend's update (08-Jul-17) the additional modal dialog has returned.
I also note that my signature has vanished.
Was this weekend's work really an enhancement?

Hi Jesse,

Seems to be not good idea to ignore and not test (still) 3rd the most popular (even with a few percents) browser on destop.

Hi Jan, Firefox was tested, just not by me
I can confirm that the issue with the signature and those images has been resolved.

If I visit your site using IE, then all seems good. But, here's what I see when using FireFox. This mess started Monday 10-Jul-17.
Hi Jon - Can I check if you are using any tracking protectors such as Ghostery or Privacy Badger? It appears that the CSS is not being processed. Tracking protectors can inhibit CSS under certain circumstances.

Never heard of and don't use either of those, or any other tracking protector.

FireFox was fine with the changes you made up until Sunday evening 09-Jul-17. The formatting went AWOL starting Monday morning 10-Jul-17. What you can't see in my screenshot is the dynamic misbehaviour.
Can I check the version of Firefox that you are using? I've been accessing the pages with no problems, though I am using the very latest version. If you follow the 3 steps shown here, that should bring up the About dialog.
Jon, we have resolved the issue with the extra modal dialog when signing in with Firefox. The was an HTTPS change required. Please confirm if that has been resolved.
So far we have not been able to reproduce the issue with the page not being rendered properly, but we have seen it happen to at least two other users. Can you confirm if it is still happening, even after restarting all browsers or rebooting your computer?

The exact same version as you: 54.01.0 (32-bit).
The screenshot shows the static layout. Dynamically, it's worse. As I move the mouse or click various links the page behaves unpredictable, making it impossible to use (I switched to IE to write this).

Unfortunately I can't test that right now because the messed-up page layout omits my avatar. I'm unable to log-in.
