Your post on Bentley Communities was flagged as spam or abuse

I have had am email from admin@be.org as follows:

Dear stuartw:

Your post, AutoStation, in ${token:585bad18-d35f-44b1-a843-c687e3a1f2c3:sub-template=${token:e6f4b1be-04ff-4817-ade3-2878b8bbb4c4:tag-attributes=&title-template=&internal-template=%3Cspan%20style%3D%22color%3A%20%230087c3%3B%20text-decoration%3A%20none%3B%22%3E%24%7Btoken%3Afb59fa1b-b47e-4561-8f49-21f6c089f1e7%7D%3C%2Fspan%3E}} was flagged by other users as inappropriate and doesn't appear on the site right now. Please help us keep the community content safe and enjoyable for everyone. If you feel your content shouldn't be hidden from the site, please let us know. You can use this form to appeal the finding before 8 Mar 2016, and we'll promptly review it.

I can't recall this post and now can't get to it to review. Also the link to appeal the finding doesn't work!!

How am I supposed to appeal this if 1. I can't get to the pots and 2. the appeal link doesn't work?

Can't someone from Bentley PM with my original post. Please note the timescales involved.

    This was an anomalous incident in the spam/abuse system. The issue has been reported to the communities software service provider for further investigation. It is not based on the content of the message nor initiated by any activity by other users (ie, "mark as spam" attack.) If you encounter another such incident, feel free to PM me or post a message here. Thank you for your patience.

    Frank. I have just had the following email from Bentley:

    Dear stuartw:

    A few days ago we emailed you about your post, AutoStation. That message was to let you know your post was flagged as inappropriate - so it's hidden from the site right now. However, that removal isn't permanent yet. You have until 8 Mar 2016 to send us an appeal using this form. Note that if you don't appeal the abusive finding, your post will be permanently deleted from the site on 8 Mar 2016

    If, as you say, this is a "anomalous incident in the spam/abuse system" why am I getting this second email. It makes me wonder if you guys know what you are doing.

    Hi Stuart.

    Thank you for providing this additional information. We have a service ticket in with the communities service provider regarding these "flagged as inappropriate" incidents. They are still researching this issue as it appears to be something going on behind the scenes (not exposed through the admin system.) If you receive additional messages associated with the "abuse" system please don't hesitate to either post them here or send them to me. Each one I get I forward to the vendor to assist in the resolution to this erratic problem.
