I don't see a link that will allow me to post in the different communities or product forums. Has that changed?
Looking at your account I could not see anything that may be an issue for you to not be able to start a new discussion in the Communities. You should be seeing a blue button in the top right corner with the word NEW. Looking at your account it also appears that you have created a new discussion already. Were you able to get it operational?
