the problem is visible also in "All Activity" list, but even better directly on Peer Blogs page: New empty posts are created constantly...

Hello Jan, I believe a new personal blog is created for every newly created member of Bentley Communities, which is likely what you are seeing there. I'll take a closer look soon.
