Unread/Read weights are too similar

When viewing a forum the visual distinction between Unread and Read posts is negligible. It would be nice if there was a greater difference in the weights used for the subject of the posts. 

For example:

Read Posts - currently use weight of 500  

Unread Posts - currently use weight of 600

Read Posts - I propose reduced weight of 300

As shown above, reducing the weight of read posts to 300 would not take up anymore space, and it would make the Unread posts stand out better.
