I am failed to submit a service request through apps.bentley.com/.../ProductSupportThere is no response after I clicked "Submit to Support" button.I tried to send my request to your application engineer but no positive feedback though.Please advise any other alternative I could log my service request.

Hi KienSorry to hear that you had trouble raising a service ticket. Did you know you can use the Bentley Community Forums to request technical support? You can search for the relavent forum for your software using the search bar above, and create a new forum post in that Community to get the same support you would via the service ticket.Of course, if its something you wish to keep on a one to one basis with just yourself and a support engineer then I can raise a service ticket for you.
