Not able to post question in community

Hello,

I have changed the user name in the profile. I am not able to post a question, I am not getting "+ New " button. Pls resolve the problem.

Hi - I can't see anything wrong with your account - have you logged out and logged back into communities?

Hi,

Yes, I have logged back in maybe after 4 days. I am not finding +new button on my window
