After an initial investigation, I am not sure why that reply does not appear in your activity feed. This will require some research and investigation. I will get back to you when I have any new information.

Hi Stuart, thanks for the new example. We are actively looking into this and believe it may occur with older forum threads. I will keep you updated.

We are still looking into this. I will keep you updated. Note that your activity/posts are still present on the system; it is just the activity entry in your activity feed that is missing. The site has a method to clean up old activity feed entries and I believe that posts on older threads are mistakenly being removed, when it should be based on the date of the post (not the thread/OP date). Again, I will keep you updated with any new findings.
Update: at this point we are fairly confident that this is an issue that will be resolved in the next upgrade of Bentley Communities. We do not have an upgrade date at this time but it will likely be within the next few months.
