Hello Fisyah,
Are you referring to email alerts, or the live alerts that appear while browsing Bentley Communities on your browser? Can you provide a specific example?
For the emails, if you are seeing a long delay, is this something that just started happening? Could it be that the emails are being delayed by your email server?

Hi Jesse,
I am referring to email alerts.
For example, the issues RAO calculation in MOSES & its inferences. Here is the link https://communities.bentley.com/products/offshore/f/maxsurf-moses-sacs-forum/146828/rao-calculation-in-moses-its-inferences
It was posted on Friday as below:
But I received the email alert on Saturday 11 PM as below:
Could you please advise me?

My experience is that it happens sometimes, on the other hand ther is not any specification how quickly the notification is sent. I guess it's the same for all forums and web systems in general: e-mails are added to an output queue and sent depending on the server load, so there can be a delay. But few hours sounds like too much.

Alternative solution is to use RSS reader and to set it to check the channel every e.g. 10 minutes. RSS channels work fine, I remember 2 problems in the whole history of BE Communities web and because they are updated immediately, RSS reader should be able to detect the change quickly.
With regards,
Jan
