Per this thread:
https://communities.bentley.com/products/projectwise/content_management/f/projectwise-powershell-extensions-forum/174891/have-the-email-notifications-for-this-community-stopped-sending
Notification emails from communities are being rejected because the SPF policy for communities.bentley.com is wrong.
the SPF policy entries (https://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=spf%3acommunities.bentley.com&run=toolpage) lists a single IP address and the emails are coming from different IP address (or addresses, I just checked one of my emails).
I seem to be getting most notifications because i whitelisted the domain. Or our email gateway doesn't reject on spf fail.
Hello Kevin, thanks for alerting us. I will take a look at this and get back to you.

Thanks :-)
I am not DNS specialist, but I think the incorrect SPF can cause a lot of problems with emails delivery.
Because Bentley is an international company, in my opinion no problems should be reported for used domain names. But a reality is different (despite of some reported errors are just missing records, not wrongly set values):

Thanks, Jan. We will take this under consideration in our investigation.
Jan and Kevin - the SPF (email) issue has been resolved, and a better system has been put in place to prevent future occurrences. Apologies for the inconvenience.
