Hi,
When I comment on a forum thread, how do I get notified when other people comment back? I have responded to several people's questions and then later discovered that they wrote back, but I never knew about it. How do I subscribe to a thread (sort of like where I create a thread, I get notifications of when some one else replies back.)
--Thanks,--Robert Arnold
I am not sure why you are not being auto-subscribed to some threads. I will escalate this issue and get back to you as soon as I have a solution. Thank you for your patience.

Robert, preliminary investigation indicates that you will only be subscribed to a thread if you reply to the thread itself (the original post). If you reply to a reply of the original post, it does not look like you will be subscribed. I am discussing this further and will keep you updated.
Hi Jesse,
Thanks for your help--that appears to be my conclusion as well. The two comments I have about the current operation are: 1) I expected to be subscribed to the forum and there was no immediately available clues that I was not. And 2) At the top right corner of the screen is a summary of the thread. It seems like here you should be able to see if you are subscribed (see picture below), and possibly have a button to subscribe here. The current location is too hidden.
--Thanks,--Robert
Thanks for the suggestions, I will pass this along.
Hi Robert,
I have added a Widget to some of our Forums that will display the option to subscribe to the specific thread you are viewing, and will also act as a way to know whether or not you are subscribed. (rather than having to click the "more" button at the top of the thread.
You should see this widget on the right side when looking at a thread.
We have also identified a fix to the issue of not being auto-subscribed if you only reply to a reply (and not the original post). We hope to have that fix in place soon.
