  • Hi Ron,

I have fixed the link to point to the new Software Downloads site. Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for the report.

  • Thanks.

I'm sad to see the old downloads site go away. It was way easier to look thru the latest additions all at once. The new site doesn't even let you search or filter by date. I used to be able to filter All by Last Month and English to easily see everything at once and decide if there was anything new to download. Now I will have to check each product or category individually. This is not very efficient.

    Oh well....I guess that's progress.

    Regards,
    Ron

  • Hi Ron,

I have asked one of my colleagues to respond to your comments. In the meantime, you can find some information here: Software Downloads Instructions

  • Hi Ron,

We are aware of this limitation and acknowledged that New + Updated section (listing only last 15 products) does not match previously provided Date Filters. We have this on our backlog and expect to push this to production later this year.

We do provide seamless notification in our CONNECTION Client (recommending you update to the latest commercially available released version) but this requires to have the application installed; again not a replacement of Date Filters as it is user level notification not suitable for site admins.

I will post a note here when we are closer to the release of Date Filter on a new SWD.

    Regards,

    Pavel

  • We already have received and working on an implementation of Time based filter (Date), we should have it there shortly.

    Pavel,
This quote is from you on Feb 19, 2019 in the Software Downloads – Early Access Forum. That was the last post made to that forum (which has since been archived).

That's one year ago and you still haven't implemented the Date Filter!

I don't think that really qualifies as "shortly".

    Do you?

  • Hi Ron,

I am conscious of my previous very inaccurate timeframe provided (reason why such broad estimate provided above). We had begun the development of Date Filter back in Feb last year but encounter severe performance issues during QA; something that was initially estimated as low efforts became fairly substantial feature and due to other critical commitments we had to lower the priority (essentially this backlog item was put on hold).

I am really keen to provide this functionality, it has been requested by many users, but until it is in place I can offer only Notification available in CONNECTION Client.

    Thank you, Pavel
