da quando mi ritiro mi piacerebbe rimanere in contatto con la community di bentley, 
quindi vorrei modificare l'email di accesso in "callegher.massimo@alice.it"

  • Hi Massimo, sorry for the confusion. It appears that you have your personal email address listed as the "alternate email" in your work email account. Please try edit your work email profile here: https://ims.bentley.com/IMS/Profile   and remove the "alternate/personal email address", save, sign out (you may need to fully close all browser sessions) then try again to create a new account with your personal email address here: https://ims.bentley.com/IMS/Registration  Let me know if this is successful.

    If it still does not let you create a new account with your personal email address, I will escalate to our User Management team and work with them to get a separate, complete account created for your personal email address, then connect your existing Communities account with it. That way you can sign in with your personal email address, get Communities email alerts sent to it, yet keep all your Communities contributions and settings made with your work account.

    now there is another problem, my email is blocked by the manager and is not available to send confirmation to bentley. in Italy we have not evolved like you
    I was thinking if it would be better to use a slightly more reliable email like Gmail and make a new registration. I would not like Telecom to tell me one day that it closes my account. maybe google will never do it ??

    I wait another day to understand what happens

    since that is my personal email
    callegher.massimo@alice.it gives me a lot of problems

    I made a new registration with the following email
    massimo.callegher@gmail.com and it worked immediately. please consider only this last address. I hope not to bother you anymore thanks for taking all this time

  • Hi Massimo, sorry for the delay (I was out on Thursday and Friday of last week). 

    It is not a bother at all - I am glad to help. I have modified your old account to use the new email address massimo.callegher@gmail.com and connected it to your new Bentley account (for that gmail address). Please try restarting your browser, sign in to Bentley Communities with massimo.callegher@gmail.com and confirm that you can see your existing content. For example you should see your photo in your avatar and see "Posts: 413" on the right side of your profile here.
