When we initially make a post, any signature that we have does not show. Quite a few people have their products and version numbers in their signatures, but since the signature doesn't show, that helpful information is missing.
Are there any requests filed for this "enhancement" to the Communities? It seems (from the outside) to be a small thing.Is there a reason that our signatures do not show up when we initially post a question?
I believe there may already be a request to the provider of this platform behind the Bentley Communities. This had been an enhancement that was previously mentioned.

Hi MaryB, this is a known issue which we cannot address in the short term due to technical reasons. We hope to have this fixed sometime in the future.
