Search on main page doesn't work - Bentley Communities
If after inputting keywords it doesn't show suggested results then can't execute search as enter doesn't work. Search only works only if there is reply from suggestion box. Faulty design.

Can you clarify the problem, perhaps with screenshots or a video? Are you saying that if there are no fly-out search results based on the term you enter, you are unable to access the Advanced Search via Enter key? I just tested by typing in some random characters and the fly-out appeared with "no results", and I was able to see the "Advanced search" link as well as access it via pressing Enter.

It just takes very long time to update suggestions so enter doesn't work until they are loaded.

Typically it only takes a few seconds for the search fly-out to appear. Has this been happening to you consistently for some time, or just today? It could be a temporary slowdown in performance at the time you tried it.
I have not heard any other reports of such a long delay, but it could be related to the local web node (mirror / copy of the site closest to you)
Have you experienced long delays doing anything else on Bentley Communities during the time when you had this particular issue?
This is already for a while. At the same time had no longer experienced infamous issues with SSO.
Overall it seems like bad design that I have to wait for fly-out until can do a true search and only this slowdown shows this.
