I posted a suggested answer for a problem someone had encountered in the OpenRoads program. I received an email message entitled "Final chance to appeal your content that was removed from Bentley Communities". The message states an email had been previously sent to me to let me know the post was flagged as inappropriate. I never received that email. The appeal email states I had only 24 hours to respond. The email was sent to me on a Sunday morning at 6:21. I needed to respond by 6:17 Monday morning. I believe the timing of my response period was unreasonable. I really had not been provided an opportunity to respond. This experience has been very frustrating. I do not understand why explaining the possible reason for a software problem is abusive.
David, an Administrator will investigate this and get back to you shortly. Normally you would immediately get an appeal email at first, which you may have received some time ago. Maybe it went to your "junk" folder? Do you recall the name of the post? It was in the OpenRoads forum?
We do have some strict abuse automation in place to help combat issues we have with spam, so it is possible that some key phrase or text repetition caused your post to be flagged as potentially "abusive". Apologies for the confusion.
