How to report bots or fake users?

Where is an option to report fake users which hijack search results with their descriptions but are not actually posted anything? 
 Example: Online Casino Singapore

If you somehow come across a fake/abusive user account without any actual posts, you can post it here and an administrator will take care of it. Thank you for reporting this one, which I have disabled.

Thanks for the suggestion - I have attempted to exclude users and status updates from the core search plugin. It may take some time to update. 
 Regarding "infested with fake users and topics" - we are aware of this and are working on some improvements to help prevent fake/malicious accounts from being created.
