Why arn't the replies in the threads stacked by time. See this thread - http://communities.bentley.com/help/f/9549/t/54500.aspx whre the one at the top is at 10.52, the one at the bottom is at 11.13 and the ones in the middle are all over the place but later.
Can we get this so that the replies are sorted by time?
Stuart,
I agree, this is very confusing and does not conform to the Site Options preference settings. It doesn't appear to change with either Ascending or Descending settings.

I do believe there is a difference between a "discussion" post and a "question and answer" post. We have set up some forums one way, and other forums the other way. When you make a "question and answer" post, the first post should always be the question, with replies to that following. A "discussion" thread will not do that.
Also, note that there is "semi-threading", where if you reply to a post in the middle of the thread, your reply should end up relating to THAT specific post and not tossed at the beginning or end of the thread (depending on whether you have ascending/descending sorting set). This makes the discussion a bit easier to follow in that answers to specific posts are better "connected" to them.
Good? Bad? Just different?
The threading of the replies might be easier to follow if they were indented. Also with the treading concept, there should be some way of knowing which reply is the one that is unread.

Bad!! If the quote system was in place then it wouldn't matter if the reply was at the end. How do I reply using a quote?
