I agree with Thomas. I prefer NNTP too. It is faster.

I really which you would provide NNTP for the forums. IT is easier to follow many forums and topics.

Blog, Forum & Wikki Subscriptions are managed by using the "Email subscribe to this page" in the "OPTIONS" section on each page. When you start a Thread you have a check box to get emails of replies posted to the thread.

Since NNTP is not supported, what is the easiest way to use the new site without having to poke down into every different topic I'm interested in? Like in a news reader where I had about 20 different areas I was interested in I would see in one view which ones had new articles.

The Forum Email Subscriptions work and if you set up a special email address or filters it can behave similarly to NNTP. RSS also works but probably can not work anything like the NNTP service.

We are currently not providing NNTP services for Be Communities.
