Double emails

I seem to be getting every email from BE Communities subscription, twice??  Does anybody know what would be causing this?

    I deleted all of my Rules/Filters in Outlook and created one to move all from admin@be.org (just like John) and I no longer get the doubles. I must have to do with the rules. The rules are difficult to setup when the Subject line sometimes has the forum and sometimes does not and each sub forum has a pseudo email address. I here from another thread you have also set up rules to filter, could you share how yours are set? This would help troubleshoot which options are causing the issue. Here are examples of some I have tried:

    1. from: {MicroStation v8i (SELECTseries* <admin@be.org>}
        and with: {MicroStation v8i (SELECTseries} in the subject
      move it to the {MicroStation v8i SS} folder
    2. from: {MicroStation v8i (SELECTseries* <admin@be.org>}
      move it to the {MicroStation v8i SS} folder
    3. from: {admin@be.org}
        and with: {MicroStation v8i (SELECTseries} in the subject
      move it to the {MicroStation v8i SS} folder

    All of the above worked yet sometimes yielded duplicate emails. Number 1 & 3 did not always catch all of the emails because of consistency in the Subject naming convention or lack thereof.
