On-demand classes are not being marked as complete.

I have gone through and completed my on-demand class, but it is not marked as complete in the LEARNserver.

If you are watching a video, it has to run all the way to the end to have it mark as completed.
For the on-demand: Hands-on, the page turners, this means they are timed to the average time it take to read a page. You would need to spend at least a minute or two per page.
Keep an eye on the circles associated to each module for completion. If the circles are half full, more time needs to be spent on the pages in the chapter/module.
If you have gone back and completed the course, but it doesn’t show as complete, please raise a service request.
