When is the Conference?
Bentley offers multiple conferences, each focusing on a different theme, to meet the broad range of software, skills, and interests of our users. The 2016 Institute Learn Conferences schedule is:

Are there hotel discounts for this event? Yes, Bentley has negotiated group rates with each hotel. To secure the group rate, use the links provided in the Hotel & Travel information section on conference-specific pages or call the hotel and ask for the Bentley Institute Learn Conference rate. Please note this rate is available until the date listed or the room block is filled. A limited number of rooms at government rates are available at the US conference locations only.
Government-rated rooms are for US government and military personnel only. Valid US government employee credentials must be provided at time of check-in. If government employee credentials cannot be provided, the U.S. government rate will be denied and the current hotel rate will be charged.

How do I register? Registration is closed as all events have concluded Visit the Bentley Institute Learn Conference website to select and register for the conference you would like to attend.
What does registration include? Registration includes your choice of workshops and lectures; breakfast, lunch, and coffee breaks, as well as a Networking Dinner the first evening. How do I sign up for lectures and workshops? Pre-Conference: You will be able to select sessions as soon as registration opens for your selected Conference. You can review and adjust individual sessions to meet your needs and interests. After you’ve completed your selections, you may modify your sessions any time prior to the close of registration using the personal link provided in your session confirmation email.
Note: If session selection is not open at the time you register for the Conference, you will be notified by email when selection opens.
On-site: You select or modify your sessions using the Bentley Institute Learn Conference mobile site. Sign in to the “My Agenda” tab in the mobile site using the mobile username and password you created during registration. Once signed-in, navigate to the “Full Agenda” tab and click on the “+” symbol to add a session to your personal agenda. Your selections will be saved in the “My Agenda” tab. Can I bring my own laptop to the workshops? Yes. You are welcome to bring your own laptop with the appropriate software product(s) already running. Additional seats will be available in the workshop for users who bring their own laptop. Please note: Bentley will provide the data set for the workshop, but cannot provide software for users. Use of a mobile device for workshop training is not supported. Do any of the sessions qualify for continuing education credit? Most hands-on workshops qualify for continuing education units (CEUs) and most sessions for professional development hours (PDHs) to help you maintain your credentials and meet professional learning goals.
Will conference content be available on the Learn Server following the Conferences? Most lecture and workshop sessions taught at the Bentley Institute Learn Conferences will be available on the Bentley LEARNserver for your review and sharing with your colleagues after the conferences.
Do I have to register for workshops and lectures in advance? While advance registration is strongly encouraged, it is not required. Hands-on workshops have capacity limits; the earlier you register, the more likely you will be able to schedule your preferred sessions. When does online registration close? Advance, online registration closes the Friday prior to the Conference start date. After Friday, only onsite registration will be available. What are the times for on-site registration?

When will I receive my name badge and Conference materials? All conference materials and name badges will be available for pick up onsite at each venue at a dedicated Bentley Institute Learn Conferences Registration area.
Are meals provided? Yes, most meals are provided. Breakfast and lunch are provided both days of the conference and a Networking Dinner is offered the first evening.
Pre-Conference sessions will not include breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Break refreshments will be available. A Networking Dinner and lunch on the second day will not be provided at the London event. What is the dress code? Conference attire is business casual attire. Meeting space temperatures may vary from outside temperatures, so you may want to plan accordingly.
How can I be a part of the social media conversation? Be sure to follow our Bentley Systems Facebook and Learn Twitter social media pages to stay up-to-date with all things Bentley during the conference series! Use #learn16 throughout the conference to share content, engage with other attendees, ask questions, and join the conversation!
What is the cancellation policy for the conference? All cancellations must be submitted in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org and must be received by 5:00pm EST on the date occurring one (1) week prior to event start date (“Cancellation Date”). Cancellations received after 5:00pm EST on the Cancellation Date will be billed a $500 cancellation fee. This cancellation fee shall apply in the event the registrant does not attend the conference (no-show) and failed to cancel by the deadline above.
All refund requests/billing disputes must be submitted in writing to Bentley Systems, Incorporated with attached documentation through e-mail to email@example.com no later than the Cancellation Date. Bentley will not consider any refund request/billing dispute received after the Cancellation Date. Who can I contact for additional questions?
