Bentley Learn Microstation Basics on-demand course - where can I download the associated .DGN files?

Alexander Bell the MicroStation Basics OnDemand course is a compilation of the 12 individual topics within the overall course. Each topic contains a Practice Workbook. Appropriate .DGN files are accessed from within the Practice Workbook. If you are using Internet Explorer please ensure you have added "bentley.com" to the lists of sites to view in Compatibility View. This is found under Tools>Compatibility View settings.
The full MicroStation Basics course is only offered in the virtual classroom. If you register for a virtual class, the appropriate .DGN files will be sent to you via email with other pertinent class information.

I have the same problem, I added "Bentley.com" and I get this error " This feature requires an access level not assigned to your account. To review access levels, please visit your Profile. " I check my profile, but I couldn't found anything related to access lever,

Sandra, access to most on-demand courses and all virtual classes is subscription based. Typically, these subscriptions are at the company level, however, we do offer a personal LEARN subscription. Please check with your company's Bentley site/training administrator to confirm subscription status and LEARNserver access. If this does not resolve the issue, please contact Bentley.Institute@Bentley.com.
