Do you mean Learn Server videos? In Learn Server you can download dataset with example files and documentation, e.g. here:

When you extract the zip file there are for example these files:

I know this ..... but for this lesson "Microstation everything 3D" I can't find dgn files 

If you scroll up a little you will see the following, I believe these are the files your looking to download
