Learning Path Progress is not updating

Hello,

I am currently learning from STAAD.Pro CONNECT Edition Learning Path. It has been very helpful. However, I am facing these problems:

1. The learning path is not updating my progress. The status says "Not started" (an empty circle) or shows a half moon for most of the lectures even after completing them.
2. In the transcript and certificates page, most of the viewed lectures are not listed.

Kindly solve this issue for me,
