I am able to watch the videos for my learning path if I clear my cookies every time before I watch a video. Is this normal? Is there a way to fix this? The main issue I have is that every time I try to do the assessment I just get the screen you see below. I have tried it in both google chrome and Microsoft Edge. Any clue how I can fix this? I need to submit that I have done the assessments but I haven't been able to do them.
We are experiencing some issues with respect to video playing on Chrome, Edge & Firefox. We are working on resolving this at the earliest and shall keep you posted for the same.
In the interim we recommend that you use Internet Explorer for taking courses on LEARNserver. For assessments, we do not have a workaround at the moment, will keep you posted for any updates on the same.
The videos should be playing in all browsers now.
How about the Assessments? I have been taking training in some of my downtime between projects, but I will not be allowed to charge hours to it unless I can prove I have finished the assessments. Is that an Internet Explorer only feature? Can you fix that to bring them into the 21st century?

The Skills Assessment on LEARNserver is for learners to verify they have followed video lectures and is available on Internet Explorer only as of now.
The assessments should be available on all browsers now.
