My "Certificates of Completion" listing is not updating, just like in the past.  As much as 10-15 certificates were held up last year.  Hoping someone in Bentley (tech support or help desk) will rectify this, once and for all.

Closed captioning available, it provides a transcript for the audio track of a video presentation that is synchronized with both the video and audio tracks. Captions are visually displayed over the video for the benefit of the hearing-impaired community, giving them the ability to read what is being spoken in real-time.

    Thanks for your assistance, like always.  But when I went to my "Transcripts", the certificates in there were still the 2020 old ones.  I don't see my new 2021 certificates, meaning the List did not auto-update.  

    Is there anything I should be doing on a regular basis, so such list picks up the current ones?  Or is there anything I can do or you can at your end, regarding my Bentley account?  This has been recurring for quite a while now, even before you got involved.
