Hello,
i'm currently doing the course "Using and Editing Terrain Models" from the Learning Path 04. On page 46 of the 2020 PDF you should build a complex model out of two referenced models. I use the programm in Germany on German and as i followed the instruction i could not find the "Finish"- or the "Cancel"-Button. They are just not there in the german version. Am i doing somthing wrong, or is the programm really missing the Buttons?

Could you please share the URL of the course/Learning Path you are referring to?

This is because of a bug in the German Language Pack for OpenRoads Designer. It has been fixed for OpenSite and OpenRail Designer, and is expected to be fixed for OpenRoads Designer as well.
