Recommended learning path(s)

I've been away from CAD for the most part of the last 10 years but used various CAD applications for 20 years prior.  I was proficient with 3D modeling using AutoCAD and Rhinoceros but have little MicroStation experience. For a MicroStation CAD drafter position, I need to gain as much civil structural and transmission drafting skill as possible.

I'm a hands on learner and would like to find some lab projects that will lead me through the drawing processes. Any recommendations?
