    OnDemand classes are not being marked as complete.

    I have gone through and completed my OnDemand class, but it is not marked as complete in the LEARN Server.

    The OnDemand classes are SCORM compliant. If you are watching a video, it has to run all the way to the end to have it mark as completed.

     

    For the OnDemand: Hands-on, the page turners, this means they are timed to the average time it take to read a page. You would need to spend at least a minute or two per page.

    Also, if the pages are read out of order, that may be why it won’t show as completed. Sometimes people are familiar with the material so they skip around in it.

     

    Keep an eye on the circles associated to each module for completion. If the circles are half full, more time needs to be spent on the pages in the chapter/module.

     

    If you have gone back and completed the course, but it doesn’t show as complete, plese send an email to the Institute at: bentley.institute@bentley.com for completion.
