I have found this post OpenRoads Error: "Object Reference not set to an instance of an object." - OpenRoads | OpenSite Forum - OpenRoads | OpenSite - Bentley Communities and have tried the batch file and it still doesn't work.

We get this error when we try to get a horizontal alignment report, however if that alignment has a proposed vertical profile the horz align report works. So if the alignment doesn't have a profile, I just place a quick two point profile, set it active then I get the horz alignment report then I delete the fake profile. According to the original post above this happened when trying another command so I can see this snowballing. Any idea how to fix this? This is critical.

SignCAD Clearview Fonts not showing up in Text Fonts dialog box (PB 10.02.00.11)

We installed SC on a new machine and we cannot get the clearview fonts to appear in the Text Font dialog box.
