Drainage Data File?

I'm trying to use the Storm and Sanitary product add in to design a storm drain system. However, whenever I try to use anything in the Drainage tab (e.g. Drainage - Lay Out or Drainage - Edit/Review...) I get an error stating "You must have an open drainage data file". How do I create/open a drainage data file? I've setup my Project Defaults and they look like this:

As you can probably tell, I'm very new to InRoads. Thanks in advance!

Won't Recognize referencing mSM and mLU to mDA?

I'm trying to use the "Compute Curve Numbers" function in the mDA Tools. I've referenced the mSM and mLU files into my mDA file, but when I click on the "Land Uses" and "Soils" drop downs I receive "NOTE: Create Land Use Model (mLU) and reference to the Default Model..."
